Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information yourfinancedone collects when you visit www.yourfinancedone.com or book a call with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

yourfinancedone builds AI agents that automate finance and accounting work for businesses in North America, Europe, Australia and other regions. yourfinancedone is a business based in Argentina (“yourfinancedone”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at ezequiel@yourfinancedone.com.

Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to run this website and to talk to you about our services.

  • Booking details. When you book a call through the scheduling widget, you give us your name, your email address, the time you pick and anything else you choose to add to the booking form (for example notes about your company or the topics you want to cover). The booking is processed by our third-party scheduling provider.
  • Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name as it appears in your email client and the content of your message.
  • Information shared on the call. During the call you may tell us about your company, your role, your finance tools and processes. We keep notes so we can follow up.
  • Technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting and network providers automatically log technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Usage data. We may use analytics and similar tools, including cookies, to understand how visitors find and use the website — for example which pages are visited and which campaigns brought you here.

We use the information of potential customers only for commercial purposes: to respond to you, to follow up about our services and to improve how we present them. We don’t use it in any invasive way, we don’t build sensitive profiles about you, and we never sell it.

We do not ask for payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information. Please don’t send us sensitive financial records before a written agreement is in place.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to send you confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about it.
  • To answer your questions and to discuss, scope and propose our services.
  • To contact you about our services, where the law allows it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use the website and to measure and improve our marketing.
  • To run, secure and fix this website, including detecting abuse and troubleshooting errors.
  • To meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Third-party processors

We use trusted third-party service providers (processors) to run this website and our business — for example to host and deliver the website, schedule calls, send email and hold video calls. They process personal information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their services to us.

Each of these providers handles personal information under its own privacy policy, and we rely on those policies and on the safeguards they provide.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website and the third-party processors we use may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage).

We use them only for commercial purposes: to make the website and call booking work, to remember your preferences, to understand how visitors use the website, and to measure and improve our marketing. We don’t use cookies to sell your information.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as booking a call, may not work without them. In that case, email us to arrange a time.

International data transfers

We are based in Argentina, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses or data privacy frameworks our providers participate in, and we only share the information each provider needs.

How long we keep information

  • Booking details, emails and call notes — for as long as we are in conversation with you and, if we don’t go on to work together, for up to 24 months after our last contact so we have context if you come back. If we do work together, we keep the information for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires afterwards.
  • Technical logs — kept by our hosting and network providers for the limited period set by their own retention policies.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights”).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

EEA and UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA): to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address, IP address), professional information you choose to share, and internet activity information (server logs and, where used, cookies and analytics), from you and your browser, for the purposes described above.

Residents of Argentina have rights of access, rectification, update and deletion under Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the enforcement authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints and claims about non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

To exercise any of these rights, email ezequiel@yourfinancedone.com. We will verify your request by confirming it from the email address we have on file, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will make that clear on the site or by email where appropriate.
